Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PURA protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 34,537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PURA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSME4, PTPN2_S304, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with PURA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURA-to-partner and partner-to-PURA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PURA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PURA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
