Across TCGA patient cohorts, PURA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RPL23AP4, and HNRNPA1P19. Each is linked with PURA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURA-to-partner and partner-to-PURA results are reported.
