PURA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PURA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,567 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2CA, TBC1D9B, and IGIP. Each is linked with PURA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURA-to-partner and partner-to-PURA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PURA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PURA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
