PUM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,909 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF2, CDC37L1, and NCAPH. Each is linked with PUM3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM3-to-partner and partner-to-PUM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUM3 versus UHRF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
