PUM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,843 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF6, HSPD1, and WDR43. Each is linked with PUM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM3-to-partner and partner-to-PUM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUM3 versus ARHGEF6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
