PUM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Rad50. Each is linked with PUM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM3-to-partner and partner-to-PUM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by PUM3-low versus PUM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
