PUM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,706 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of 5.8S rRNA, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PUM3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM3-to-partner and partner-to-PUM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA grouped by PUM3-low versus PUM3-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 3,706 associations by consensus.
