PUM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,697 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAQ, CPSF3, and CPSF6. Each is linked with PUM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM2-to-partner and partner-to-PUM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUM2 versus YWHAQ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
