Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, MASTL, and POLR1B. Each is linked with PUM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM2-to-partner and partner-to-PUM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUM2 versus CEBPZ in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
