Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,446 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Heterochromatin organization, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with PUM2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM2-to-partner and partner-to-PUM2 results are reported.
