PUM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-10, MAGEB4, and GGTLC1. Each is linked with PUM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM2-to-partner and partner-to-PUM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-10 grouped by PUM2-low versus PUM2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
