PUDP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUDP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUDP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K17, RNA5SP358, and EIF4EBP2P3. Each is linked with PUDP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUDP-to-partner and partner-to-PUDP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K17 grouped by PUDP-low versus PUDP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUDP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUDP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
