Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 471 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-280P, MTHFD2P3, and RN7SL191P. Each is linked with PTX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX4-to-partner and partner-to-PTX4 results are reported.
