PTX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, HDAC7_S181, and VWA1. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTX3 versus C1S in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
