Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, CXCL8, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTX3 versus FPR2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
