PTX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,407 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXL, SERPINE1, and PDCD1LG2. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTX3 versus AXL in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
