Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,517 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasminogen activation, Negative regulation of plasminogen activation, and Positive regulation of extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.
