PTX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, TBL1Y, and FAM24A. Each is linked with PTX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX3-to-partner and partner-to-PTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 grouped by PTX3-low versus PTX3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
