Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTTG1IP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTTG1IP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PTTG1IP mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTTG1IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PTTG1IP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
