Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTTG1IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,561 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTTG1IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD63, LAMP1, and PTTG1IP_Y174. Each is linked with PTTG1IP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1IP-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTTG1IP versus CD63 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG1IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG1IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
