Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTTG1IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,520 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG1IP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteolysis, Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Fusion of virus membrane with host plasma membrane. Each is linked with PTTG1IP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1IP-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1IP results are reported.
