PTTG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,346 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, ATAD2_S342, and BAZ1B_S349. Each is linked with PTTG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTTG1 versus POLD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
