PTTG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTTG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPIPA2, MIR6514, and OR4K15. Each is linked with PTTG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPIPA2 grouped by PTTG1-low versus PTTG1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
