PTTG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KNSTRN, CDC25C, and HMMR. Each is linked with PTTG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTTG1 versus KNSTRN in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
