Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTTG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,468 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome separation, Chromosome localization, and Metaphase chromosome alignment. Each is linked with PTTG1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG1-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG1 results are reported.
