Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,164 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORIN, MXRA7, and DKK3. Each is linked with PTS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTS-to-partner and partner-to-PTS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTS versus CORIN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
