PTRH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTRH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTRH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT6H, COIL, and COIL_T303. Each is linked with PTRH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTRH2-to-partner and partner-to-PTRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTRH2 versus SUPT6H in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
