Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTRH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTRH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ58, MIR5692C2, and GLT6D1. Each is linked with PTRH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTRH2-to-partner and partner-to-PTRH2 results are reported.
