Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MATN2, FERMT2, and AKR1C2. Each is linked with PTPRZ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRZ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRZ1 versus MATN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
