The most reproducible PTPRZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP2C18, GPRC5D, and BATF3. Each is linked with PTPRZ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRZ1 results are reported.
