Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, FASN, and ASNS. Each is linked with PTPRZ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRZ1-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRZ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PTPRZ1-low versus PTPRZ1-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
