Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTPRVP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTPRVP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PTPRVP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTPRVP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, SARC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PTPRVP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
