PTPRS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,322 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLGN2, TNPO2, and ZSWIM8. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRS versus NLGN2 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
