Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,602 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NBEAL2, UNC13D, and NCF1_S348. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.
