Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,105 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLF, TSPAN7, and PALM. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRS versus HLF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
