Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, LYSMD3, and ACYP1. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by PTPRS-low versus PTPRS-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
