Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PTPRS-low versus PTPRS-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
