PTPRS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOQ, ASIC1, and NDUFAF4. Each is linked with PTPRS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRS-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOQ grouped by PTPRS-low versus PTPRS-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
