Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTPRR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTPRR data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PTPRR Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTPRR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where PTPRR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
