Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,707 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPK13, HIVEP1_S1735, and RPL10A. Each is linked with PTPRR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRR-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRR versus MAPK13 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
