Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIAS, PLK1, and DDB1. Each is linked with PTPRR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRR-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRR results are reported.
