Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-a_pS657, PKC-a, and Rad50. Each is linked with PTPRR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRR-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-a_pS657 grouped by PTPRR-low versus PTPRR-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
