Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 774 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM1P7, TSPO, and SIX4. Each is linked with PTPRQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRQ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRQ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRQ versus PGAM1P7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
