PTPRQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 535 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX7, CIB4, and UHRF1BP1L. Each is linked with PTPRQ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRQ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX7 grouped by PTPRQ-low versus PTPRQ-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
