PTPRO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,762 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, MSR1, and DPYD. Each is linked with PTPRO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRO-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRO versus DOCK10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
