Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,970 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGDIB, ARHGAP9, and ALOX5AP. Each is linked with PTPRO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRO-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRO versus ARHGDIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
