Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 486 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA1, MYL6B, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with PTPRO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRO-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRO results are reported.
