PTPRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,523 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, PPP1R12B, and SLC2A1. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRN2 versus EIF4G1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
