Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,059 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAAM2, MARCHF11, and CEACAMP11. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRN2 versus DAAM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
