PTPRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IER3IP1, FEN1, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with PTPRN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN2-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IER3IP1 grouped by PTPRN2-low versus PTPRN2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
